Friendly Advice.

EVERYONE needs to work, to move, to strive and go forward.  I’ve compiled a short list of things anyone can do to help themselves and everyone around them.  SIMPLY by working on themselves. 

1)      Shower:  I know this sounds rude, But…  During your shower/bath, picture your negativity, dark energy, bad emotions, dysfunctions, ties, implants, anything you don’t want or need anymore, washing away with the water.  Release it all into the water and let it take it away from you…  This over all increases your vibration, and makes it easier to keep up with the world around you.

2)      Start from the root, and work all the way up to the crown.  Picture each in turn, by color and shape.  Make the color as vibrant as you can, and make it spin as fast as you can imagine.  (You may wish to start out slowly, making increases in speed over time)  WARNING: This will shake loose problems and issues from this life and others.  Be Mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and Physically ready to deal with these things.  This over all increases your vibration, and makes it easier to keep up with the world around you.

3)      This one is easy for the beginner.  Take four (4) pieces of quartz (Quality Does NOT matter) and put them around you (your north, south, east, west… not necessarily the compass points…  That is up to you if you would prefer to do both…) All that YOU need to do in this little circle, is feel the energy move around you.  (it will go in a circle, from one quartz to the next, all the way around)  This is an energy building exercise.  (It will raise both power and vibration.

4)      Get a box full of Rice.  (Bigger than both of your feet side by side.)   Preferrably something with a lid.  Put enough rice to cover up to the tops of your toes (more is fine)  Rice takes in negative energy, and converts it to positive energy.  (DON’T COOK THE RICE!!!)  This is a great way to de-stress, relax and rejuvenate.  it’s also a good way for cleaning/clearing your stones (If you program your stones for a specific purpose, this WILL clear them of that, so either re-program, or don’t rice them!!)  Just relax your feet, and feel your energy moving down, it will even begin to pulse around your feet in time.  Then just feel the positive energy come back up.  (Dry rice is good for a long time!)  Lentils can be used for a similar process.  (Never heard of beans being used, but experimentation is always interesting…) 

5)      For people with powerful, or disturbing dreams.  Hematite and Chevron amethyst.  These either under your bed, or in a bag nearby can help ground you to your body (TO prevent accidental astral travel) as well as protect you from psychic attack.  (Sometimes someone just wants to be in your dreams… or to mess with them…) 

With all of the changes going on right now, and everyone freaking out all around us, i thought this might be helpful for some people who were on the edge, or just wanted to get better at what they were already doing.  There are loads of other things that can be done, but these are just a few quick and easy staples everyone should have.
